OUR POLICIES
Policies are in place to ensure all clients receive equal and quality services.
A card number will be held at the time of booking. Once booked, you will receive a consultation and policy agreement form to review, fill out, and sign prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a 48-hour cancellation notice unless there is an exceptional circumstance. This is to allow other clients the opportunity to book the time slot once it becomes available. If a client cancels within the 48-hour time frame, the 50% deposit at the time of booking will be held and future appointment bookings will require a 100% deposit.
During the summer months, it is especially important to note — a sunburn is not an exceptional circumstance. If excess sun exposure occurs and the appointment is canceled without a 48 hour notice, fees will apply. Be cautious of sun exposure before your appointment and remember to apply and reapply your SPF!
Late Policy
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be altered to fit the initial time slot booked. The client will still be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
No-Show Policy
If a client no shows, they will be charged 100% of the treatment cost with the card on file, given the time slot could have been filled if provided notice. Future bookings will require a 100% deposit.
Model Booking Policy
Models receive a 20% discount of treatment cost and must consent to being recorded and/or filmed for marketing purposes.
